Time-effective workouts for busy people!

Are you finding it hard to prioritise your fitness & wellbeing amongst work and other commitments? You’re definitely not alone! 

Let's face it, finding time to exercise can be a challenge. Between work, family, and other commitments, it's easy for fitness to take a backseat. But don't worry, we've got you covered! In this blog post, we'll share our top tips for prioritizing quick and effective workouts, so you can stay fit and healthy even with a busy schedule.

1. Schedule your workouts

One of the best ways to prioritize workouts is to schedule them in advance. Treat your exercise time like any other important appointment and block it off in your calendar. By making your workouts a non-negotiable part of your day, you're more likely to stick to them.

2. Find time in your day

Even if you have a jam-packed schedule, there are usually pockets of time that can be used for exercise. Whether it's waking up 30 minutes earlier, taking a lunchtime walk, or doing a quick workout before bed, find the time that works best for you and make it a habit.

3. Focus on HIIT & bodyweight workouts

HIIT and bodyweight exercise can be done anywhere and anytime, all you need is a fitness mat. HIIT workouts involve short bursts of intense exercise followed by a brief rest period. They are great for improving cardio fitness and can be done in as little as 10-30 minutes. Bodyweight exercises (push-ups, squats, planks and lunges) give you a great, full-body workout that doesn't require any equipment.  

4. Focus on what's within your control 

Fall in love with the process. Focus on the intensity & frequency of your workouts and focus on the wellbeing benefits an active lifestyle brings. Compete only with yourself, forget about what everyone else is doing!
