Q: Tell us about when & how your fitness journey began.

A: I began my journey after having children and overcoming medical issues. I wanted to become the best version of myself. 

Q: What is your favourite physical activity and why?

A: Walk in the sunshine, just makes me happy and allows me time to plan and think of my goals.

Q: Where are you at today in your health & fitness journey and how has this impacted your life?

A: I feel happier and more confident. It has given me the strength to tackle each day feeling strong and empowered. 

Q: What are your tips for busy women who are the beginning of their health & fitness journey?

A: Always make time for yourself as it always pays off. Working on your health and fitness will give you more energy. Sometimes if I'm really busy I team up my walk with phone meetings and multitask.
