We want you to love your new Hermosa Athletica activewear, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hermosaathletica.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped to you in error. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

If your item is defective or was shipped to you in error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a free return and replacement.

Please note that final sale items, such as clearance or promotional items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
